Position: Direct Lending - Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain and grow an already successful mortgage brokers network for residential and commercial mortgages.

  • Enhance and expand new and existing relationships.

  • Promotes N1H professionalism and always communicate N1Hl’s corporate values.

  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences, Aggregators' PD Days, brokers' groups training sessions, etc.

 

Role Competencies:

 

  1. Capacity to travel interstates to build rapport.

  2. Ability to have a strong grasp of N1H direct lending product OneLend (SME lending) and N1 Plus (Residential lending).

  3. Credit or lending experience in complex lending scenarios and commercial mortgages a huge plus.

Position: Credit Analyst

​

Key Responsibilities:

 

  •  Liaise with clients or broker partners for scenario credit assessment.

  • Assist with credit analysis process

  • Manage loan application process through to settlement

  • Conduct ongoing post settlement loan management

  • Maintain reporting system data

  • Participate in company and industry professional events

  4. Possess mortgage broking or financial services experience
