Ren Hor Wong
Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr Wong is the founder, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for N1 Holdings Ltd. Mr. Wong is a published author and regular speaker at a series of events. Mr Wong has been responsible for developing N1’s business strategy and expanding the business into Asia Pacific.


Prior to establishing N1, Mr Wong had applied his entrepreneurial and management skills in industries ranging from courier, printing and to real estate over the span of 6 years. He has previously founded and successfully exited various businesses including Copiko Printing, and Packers Unpackers.


Ren is a licensed mortgage broker and fluent in both oral and written communication forms of Mandarin and Cantonese dialects derived from China.

Mr Wong conducts regular seminar and provides topical discussions across Asia reg.arding Australia property investments and financing. Recently, Ren Wong has focused on helping SMEs establish footprints overseas with cross-border investment and business setups, and helping startups with various kind of business services, from financing/funding, company setup to HR and recruitments.

Jia Penny He
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director

Ms He is a Certified Practising Accountant  with about 15 years  combined industry experience in accounting, financial planning and mortgage broking. 

Ms He joined N1 Group in May 2014 and played a pivotal role in reshaping the organisation to an ASX listed company. As CFO and executive director of the company, Ms He takes charge of the group's financial, tax, reporting and board functions. In addition, Ms He is the Responsible Manager of N1's Australian Financial Services Licence and oversees its compliance and operation.

David Holmes
Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr Holmes has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry having held senior roles in the UK and Australia.


He was Head of Mortgage Credit for Citibank UK before becoming COO at Preferred Mortgages, one of the first non-conforming lenders in the UK. In August 2000 David moved to Australia and was one of the founding Executives at Pepper Money.


While at Pepper Money he served as COO and Global Head of Credit with responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of credit polices throughout Australia, Ireland and South Korea. David was instrumental in Pepper Money gaining warehouse funding facilities from three of the major banks in Australia.

Paul Jensen
Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr Jensen is an experienced Director with over 30 years of commercial, corporate, governance and finance experience. Paul worked for the Lloyds Bank Group in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom prior to holding several senior executive roles in the funds management sector. 


Mr Jensen is now a professional non executive director.  He holds a commerce degree in Accounting and Commercial Law and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Anand Sundaraj
Company Secretary

Mr Sundaraj is a principal of Whittens, a commercial law firm based in Sydney. Prior to joining Whittens, Mr Sundaraj worked at international law firms Allen & Overy, King & Wood Mallesons and Herbert Smith Freehills, as well as for global investment bank Credit Suisse.


Mr Sundaraj specialises in providing legal advice on mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings for both publicly listed and privately held entities. He also advises on funds management and general securities law matters including ASX Listing Rules compliance. Mr Sundaraj has advised on a range of capital raising transactions including the IPOs of Veda Group, QR National (now Aurizon), Aston Resources (subsequently acquired by Whitehaven), Myer Holdings and Telstra 3, and secondary issues by Westfield, Woodside, BlueScope Steel, Goodman Fielder and GrainCorp.


Mr Sundaraj holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria. Mr Sundaraj is the author of “Listed Companies: ASX Listing Rules” in Australian Corporation Practice, published by LexisNexis Butterworths.
